Can We Keep Your Corporate Event Running Smoothly?
Corporate and
independent business events vary in their DJ and music needs and stylings.
You may need a microphone for a speaker. Do you need an emcee or announcer?
Do you want a rockin’ party? Do you need
simple and soft background cocktail or dinner music? As the party kicks
in, will you need us to motivate your guests to dance or will we just
play a wide variety of party and dance music? We wear different hats for
different occasions. Your event deserves a professional entertainer who
can dial the charm and personality up and down to your specifics. This
is what we do, as experienced professionals, to fit your needs.
We can emcee and handle
announcements, giveaways and contests. We have excellent public speaking
voices...it's what we are trained to do. We won't, however, be overly
chatty, clownish or suddenly do goofy, standup comedy routines. Occasionally,
a company or group have their own spokesperson or emcee to handle the
microphone duties. That’s no problem at all. Even if the boss wants
to give a quick speech to the troops, they’re welcome to use our
microphone.
We provide a professional disc jockey sound system tailored to the size and nature of your event. Larger crowds often call for sound re-enforcement. Our Equipment section provides further information and description about the type of professional sound equipment we use. Light shows and special effects are available. We dress appropriately in either tuxedo, business attire or more casual attire depending on the nature of the event. A Hawaiian-themed client beach party probably calls more for a Hawaiian shirt than a tux.
You can pick the music styles for your event ahead of time. Our Music List section provides a sample song list from which you can pick as much music as you'd like. You can even provide your own list. We can usually get just about anything and always have all of the new hits on the radio. We'll often mix your requests with spontaneous requests at the event and our "reading" of the crowd for a smooth mix of music throughout the event.
As we are based in
San Diego, most of our events are within San Diego County. However, we
can travel and have performed throughout California and various states.
Corporations have brought us in for strictly emcee duties. We’ve
also rented sound equipment in various cities and just flown in with our
music for Disc Jockey work.
Another area we delve
into is voice-overs and commercials. We have provided voice-overs for
radio spots, CD-ROM business cards and message-on-hold systems. We can
provide scripting. We can also help with your radio and television spots.
